A Doctor Recommended “Cancer Shielding” Exercise Program

Because a new study confirms what I’ve been telling my patients for years.

“Cardio” doesn’t help…

It’s a killer.

Researchers in Germany dug into 45 exercise studies.

And what they found blew them away.

Across the board, people who exercised longer had a GREATER risk of cancer. Specifically, they discovered cardio destroys and damages special cancer-fighting cells.

Like a sniper, these cells — called NK cells — pick off mutated cancer cells BEFORE they can gather into tumor masses.

Well, in one study a single two-hour cardio session depressed NK count and activity by 40%…

For as long as 7 days!

In other words, typical cardio advice leaves you MORE vulnerable to mutating cancer cells for a full week!

That’s an extreme example.

But other studies found moderate cardio depressed NK count and activity for 24 hours.

Well, if you do moderate cardio every day (like many so-called “experts” suggest)… that means…

Your NK cells NEVER have time to recover!

And that’s why I don’t recommend cardio.

It leaves you in a chronically vulnerable state.
